Customer Service Agent – Medical Care / Workers’ Compensation Campaign

We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents to join the first wave of our Medical Care / Workers’ Compensation campaign. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, medical providers, and other stakeholders, delivering professional, empathetic, and accurate support over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center experience who are looking for stability, growth, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical care and workers’ compensation cases
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
• Document interactions thoroughly and accurately in internal systems
• Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus at all times

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
• Previous customer service experience
• Call center experience (required)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $17,500 MXN – $19,000 MXN (based on experience)

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Fixed working hours (no rotating shifts)
