🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager, Engineering

At One Call, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead high-performing teams, drive technical strategy, and deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions that power real impact.

This role is ideal for a people-first engineering leader who thrives in modern, cloud-native environments and enjoys partnering across Product, Design, and the business to turn vision into execution.

Must Have

  • 7+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing multiple teams and product areas
  • Proven experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong background in Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation
  • Experience working with remote-first and globally distributed teams
  • Track record of delivering enterprise-grade systems in regulated environments (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA)
  • Ability to define technical direction and align engineering execution with business outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for building high-talent, high-accountability engineering cultures

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing offshore or nearshore teams
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub
  • Experience driving platform modernization, automation, or technical debt reduction
  • Comfort using engineering metrics and KPIs to guide decisions
  • Prior experience spanning both cloud and on‑prem environments

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 1–2 product areas with 10–15 engineers across multiple teams
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture on roadmaps and delivery
  • Drive operational excellence: availability, reliability, and incident response
  • Own hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Champion engineering excellence, quality, and continuous improvement
