About the Role

As a mid-level Software Engineer, you’ll own meaningful components of our systems and work closely with senior engineers to design, build, and operate high‑quality software. You will be involved across the full development lifecycle — from design and implementation to testing and production monitoring — while developing depth in modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Plan: Collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to break down features and contribute to technical designs.
• Build Software: Develop backend services, APIs, UI components, and data integrations using modern .NET frameworks.
• AI-Led Development: Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Quality & Testing: Write automated tests and ensure solutions meet reliability, performance, and acceptance standards.
• Operational Excellence: Add logging, metrics, and monitoring to ensure system health and observability.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Contribute to fast, automated build and release pipelines.
• Support & On‑Call: Assist with troubleshooting and defect resolution, with occasional on‑call rotations supported by senior team members.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend or full‑stack development skills using .NET / C#.
• Experience with GitHub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud‑native development, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A mindset of ownership, continuous learning, and raising the engineering bar.
