At One Call, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who wants to build high-quality, scalable software and make a real impact. This is a hands-on senior role with strong ownership, technical influence, and room to shape how we build.

✅ Must Have

• 7+ years of experience building production-grade software
• Strong backend or full-stack experience with .NET frameworks
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Experience designing solutions and owning technical execution
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and observability
• Advanced English (written and spoken) — required for collaboration in a global environment
• A senior mindset: ownership, accountability, and raising the engineering bar

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Exposure to AI-augmented development tools (for coding, testing, or design)
• Mentoring or technical leadership experience
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and improving system reliability
